SOLD: Rare Opus Pianino in Black Satin

Opus is Forsyth's own brand made by the well-respected maker Young Chang. This instrument was made in 1982 and has been fully serviced in our on-site piano workshop.

An incredibly unique instrument with an awesome 80s character. The Pianino would be a great piano for anyone starting piano or rekindling their piano playing. Equally, if you're looking for futuristic-80s-retro-chic then this is the perfect instrument. 

The piano benefits from a practice lever that mutes/muffles the instrument by putting felt between the hammer and the strings.

This instrument is particularly compact being only 118cm wide. Most upright pianos are around 150cm wide! Rather than the usual 88 notes it has 74 notes in total. For most pianists these top notes will not be missed! Despite it's diminutive size it performs well as an instrument and has a relatively strong tone.
