The concert ukulele is the big brother of the soprano ukulele. It's tuned the same but has a longer scale length, more frets and a bigger body. The extra string tension and larger size give it a much fuller and louder sound so it carries better (hence 'concert') but it's not so bright and bouncy as the soprano. Some of the larger fingered amongst you might find them a touch easier to play than a soprano.
