We stock a wonderful range of violins, both traditional and electric, in our new climate controlled showroom on the second floor of our historic Manchester city centre store, est. 1857. With several violinists on the staff we take great pleasure in choosing the best instruments for our stock, and use our knowledge to help our customers select the instrument that suits their playing style, budget and ability, from complete beginners to professionals.

As well as sourcing the best factory made branded models such as Paesold, Kirschneck, Hofman, Eastman, Gewa Maestro, Sandner, and superb brand new hand-made and expertly restored 19th and 20th century models, we also commission violins from the leading manufacturers in the Czech republic and China and sell these under our own Forsyth brand.
