Minsung Park started his piano study at the age of seven in South Korea. He moved to Vietnam in 2010 and began to seriously focus on his piano study, under Vietnamese pianist, ‘Trang Trinh’.

In 2015, Minsung passed the ABRSM Grade 8 Exam. As he decided to pursue piano as a career, he then came to England, Manchester in 2019. Minsung graduated from Chetham’s School of Music in 2021.

He now studies at the Royal Northern College of Music, under Dr. Murray Mclachlan. where he enjoys practicing and extending his musical spectrum for upcoming concerts, competitions and recitals.

In November 2021, Minsung performed at the Lecture/Recital 'Beethoven and Youth' held at Forsyth (rewatch here).

Minsung has participated in various international piano competitions in several countries. In 2016, he played in Malaysia International Piano Competition and he was one of the finalists. He performed in Hanoi International Piano Competition which was held in 2018, and he reached to Semi-Final. The following year, he also had his first solo recital concert in Vietnam.

In 2020, Minsung participated in the Chetham's School Of Music Concerto Competition. He performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5 (Emperor)  with Dr. Murray Mclachlan and reached the final stage of the competition.

From September 2021, Minsung will study piano performance at the RNCM, as the next big step in his piano career.
