Second Hand Gibson Gospel Reissue C.1994

A fine example of a short lived second run of a slightly more obscure 70's (1972-1979) Gibson acoustic design, with a production run from 1992-2000.

This run of the Gospel has a solid spruce top, with laminated sides and an arched laminate back. As opposed to the Maple sided examples of the 70's. 

The Gospel is also outfitted with a Mahogany neck, with a medium 'V' profile, 1 11/16” nut and a rosewood fretboard with a 12” radius and dot inlays.

With plenty of distinctive character and tonal personality, this Gospel has a particularly clear and well enunciated bass response, providing plenty of thump and depth. Particularly when played with a pick.
