Second Hand Gibson ES 333 C.2002
Catalogue No: igGIB-ES333-219px
A great example of a relatively short lived (2002-2005) Gibson design, almost a forerunner for the ES 335 studio series of guitars, representing a slightly 'stripped down' ES 335.
Finished in a satin, as opposed to gloss, lacking the 'Gibson' pearloid headstock inlay in favour of a 'Gibson' decal and without the standard Holly head headstock veneer.
With 490R (Neck) and 498T (Bridge) Humbucking pickups, minus their covers as opposed to the '57' Classic' Humbuckers fitted to contemporaneous ES 335's.
Also with an additional access panel for ease of accessibility to the Guitars electronics.
All features which were designed to contribute towards a reduction in production costs, but not at all to the detriment of the quality and playability of what is a fine example of a fine instrument.
