Purcells magnificent Chacony became popular in the arrangement for string orchestra by Benjamin Britten which was played at the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. London Brass played this version for ten brass at her Golden Jubilee service at St Pauls Cathedral. Two flugelhorns are required.
