Why Bösendorfer?

Founded in Vienna by Ignaz Bösendorfer in 1828, Bösendorfer are one of the oldest piano companies in the world, and also one of the most exclusive, making only a few hundred instruments each year.

Bösendorfer says:

"Our new 120 model sets new benchmarks in terms of sound quality, responsiveness of touch, and value"

The 120 CL provides the wonderful Bösendorfer sound in a modest size and shares several features with its big brother, the model 130 CL, such as its classic console design and the use of longer keys for better control. The 120 CL, however, has its own unique character - compact in size but big and warm in sound.

Other options?

Not everyone wants the same modern black polyester finish and that is why Bösendorfer have pianos available in different casework styles as well as various finishes, ranging from white polyester to different wood shades.

Bösendorfer pianos are also available with the Yamaha SH2 silent system. Our range of silent pianos are all completely acoustic instruments; meaning that hammers are still striking strings to produce a sound and therefore have the benefit of playing a real acoustic piano, however, they also have a digital component that simply allows players the option to switch to a digital sound for "silent playing" via headphones.
