One thing we can say about Kai ukes is that they project brilliantly - mostly down to the second soundhole on the side of the ukulele pointed directly at the player. Mango wood is another nice touch here, it has a lovely crisp bright tone which one would associate with classic uke playing. All in all, this is an excellent uke, very good value for money, and comes with a padded Kai branded gig bag.
