"The 39th City" invites listeners on a transformative journey inspired by Human Design and the Gene Keys. Through rich, evocative music, it explores a personal quest for freedom and fulfillment, weaving a sonic map to the "house of freedom" where intuition and surrender hold the keys to a life of ease and authenticity. "In 2022 I discovered Human Design, which gave me a blueprint for living life that finally made sense to me. It is a form of astrology that goes deeply into how we are wired at a most basic level when born of this planet, and thus, how we can understand the best, most easeful way to live this life out. It changed my life! The Gene Keys are another way to look into our basic wiring to understand how we can best move through life, as well. When I received my chart, I loved the mystery of the title: “The 39th City.” My imagination immediately began building this city from scratch, an exercise in deep de-conditioning and reprogramming that ultimately has set me free. In the center of this city is a house called freedom and the keys to unlock that house are intuition and surrender. The work is a musical expression of my unfolding understanding of how to live the most free and fruitful life here, and at this time. May you find that for yourself with the help of this music."
