Dvorák, Anton - Sonatina in G Op.100

The composer himself described the work in a letter as “intended for young people”, but also suitable for “big adults”. The Sonatina is dedicated to Dvorák's 15 and 10 year old children and is oriented towards their abilities. So every student should try it once! Sonatine für Violine und Klavier G-Dur op. 100 Der Komponist selbst bezeichnete das Werk in einem Brief als „bestimmt für die Jugend“, aber durchaus auch für „Große, Erwachsene“ geeignet. Die Sonatine ist Dvoráks 15- und 10-jährigen Kindern gewidmet und an deren Fähigkeiten orientiert. Somit sollte sich jeder Schüler einmal daran versuchen!
