Sollingstucke 21 Piano Pieces by Barry Maleham BOOK ONLY

A first collection of 21 piano pieces written in the composer's home city of Durham (England) and in the small village of Heuhaus-im-Solling (Lower Saxony, Germany) between 2002 and 2006.  Composed by a piano teacher for his pupils these imaginative miniatures display a wide range of moods, styles and technical challenges.  Tried and tested on real pupils they are in a modern idiom but are nevertheless accessible and enjoyable for pupils and teachers!  Finally published, Sollingstucke makes available pieces with a distinctive style that have already been heard at concerts both in the UK and Germany.
