The aim of the present publication is a source-critical study of five compositions by Micha? Spisak from the youthful period of his oeuvre. These works were written in the 1930s. These musical juvenilia shed new light on the beginning of his artistic career. They are a testimony to the formation of his compositional technique and musical sensivity. These works have never been published. The edition is based in its entirety on manuscripts sources held by the Polish Library / Société Historique et Littéraire Polonaise in Paris.
