Beginner to Advanced Piano
Teaching times - Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Tom is an accomplished pianist and teacher with nineteen years of experience playing the piano. Originally from Sheffield, he moved to Manchester in 2016 to study Music at The University of Manchester, graduating with 2:1, and First Class grades in all performances. Tom studied Piano at Sheffield Music Academy with Valentina Kalashnik. Once at university, he was tutored by concert pianist Duncan Glenday. Tom’s approach is based on healthy technique, and quality of sound, rather than a correct/incorrect way of playing. This allows his students to become independent and free-thinking performers, who enjoy the music they create.
