Vogel V115 in Pianist Magazine
The June-July 2012 issue of Pianist magazine features an article on mid-range uprights including the superb Vogel V115. The Vogel is one of our most popular pianos and is available in a modern or traditional casework design. Unlike the mid-range products of some of Schimmel's competitors, the Vogel is completely made by Schimmel. The strung back assembly is made in Braunschweig, Germany and the parts are then shipped to the Schimmel owned and operated Vogel plant in Kalisz, Poland where the piano is assembled. The piano then returns to Braunschweig for final set-up and quality control. The instrument shares the majority of its parts with the Schimmel Classic 114MJ and 116T pianos, but uses a Schimmel made action rather than the Schimmel designed Renner action used in the more expensive instruments. In addition to the V115, there is also a V121T model and we have both in stock and on display for you to try in our showroom. A visit to Forsyth is the best way to appreciate the superb depth of tone and dynamic capability that the Vogel instruments produce.
