New Schimmel & Vogel Models Arriving Soon!

There is much excitement in the Piano Department about the impending arrival of a brand new model of Schimmel upright.  The new C126T joins the Classic range, replacing the ever popular C124T model.  Like all Schimmel pianos, the new model is built exclusively at their factory in Braunschweig, Germany and we expect it to demonstrate the usual Schimmel qualities of exceptionally long decay in the treble, clarity throughout the range, and deceptively deep and powerful bass for an instrument of its size. Also new from the Schimmel family is the Vogel V121T upright.  Vogel pianos are made using Schimmel parts and design, but assembled in a Polish factory owned and controlled by the company.  These pianos use a Schimmel action rather than the Renner one found in a Schimmel piano, but bring German design and quality to a more affordable price point.  Vogel's smaller V115T (winner of a Pianiste Maestro award) has been a popular piano here for some time and the introduction of a new larger model brings valuable additional choice to the mid-range market.Of course, the final proof will be in the playing and we will report back here with a full review and photographs of the instruments as soon as we have assessed them.  We expect the Schimmel C126T to arrive in our showroom by the end of the week and the new Vogel V121T towards the end of February.  Do not hesitate to contact us on 0161 8343281, extension 604 for further details.
