Kawai Digital Pianos

We were delighted to receive Dealer of the Year award for Kawai Digital Pianos Sales 2013 at Musikmesse, Frankfurt, 2014.  So what makes these digital pianos so special?

Here’s our quick guide to the Kawai digital piano product range.

Compact Line models

CL models are perfect for the modern home where space maybe limited.  Both the CL26 and CL36 models have a 88-note weighted hammer action, though take up very little space.  Kawai’s CL36 offers an improved key action with ivory-touch key surfaces as well as an integrated pedal board.  If you are on a budget or a beginner, these models are the ideal starter piano for you.

CN models

As you step up to Kawai’s CN series, you get a more piano-like cabinet together with a wider range of colours, and a sliding cover over the keys.  Improved sound quality is produced through the more powerful speakers thus giving a more natural playing experience.  If you move up to the CN34, from the CN24, things improve further such as a larger selection of voices along with the ability to connect via USB to your computer.

CA & Classic Series

Kawai’s Concert Artist series is their finest range of digital pianos.  The CA models will provide you with the best key action and piano voice sample available on a Kawai digital piano.  You will have a full-length, wooden action keyboard giving the player the “Grand feel” of a Kawai acoustic piano.  CA65 and CA95 models feature the “virtual technician” capabilities allowing the pianist to customise different aspects of the piano tone and feel to suit them.  If you want the look of an acoustic piano, Kawai’s Classic Series all come with piano black cabinets as standard.  Unique to any other digital pianos, both the CA95 and CS10 offer a solid spruce soundboard adding to the overall resonance and sound quality like an acoustic piano.
