Kawai GM10 - £7,999 (Special Price) - The GM10 has proved itself with customers seeking a small and affordable grand piano many times over and is one of our best selling pianos. At 4 foot 11 in length it will fit into most decent-sized domestic spaces and it has a nicely rounded tonal quality which suits family use or the player just seeking a bit of enjoyment very well. Kawai's 10-year guarantee adds to an impressively high-value package.

Kawai GE30 - £11,990 (Special Price) - A couple of models up in the Kawai range, the GE30 benefits from additional length (it is 5 foot 5) and the company's better quality Millenium III piano action. This piano offers a greater depth of sound than the smaller GM10 and a greater degree of control to match. Well worth the step up for a more ambitious player.

Vogel V180T - £18,990 (Special Price) - The V180T only just qualifies for this group, being 5 foot 11, but as the last of its kind and at this special price it offers incredible value for money. Designed and made by Schimmel, this Vogel shares many of the characteristics which have bought the German company's pianos such high regard. The scale and depth of sound, along with the range of tonal colours available, really set this piano apart, but don't miss out on it. Once it has gone there are no more!

Yamaha DGC1 - POA - Fancy a piano which plays itself? Look no further than the Disklavier version of the GC1. This incredibly versatile instrument is a high quality Yamaha acoustic grand with the added bonus that it can play a wide range of music itself, both piano solo and piano with backing tracks, when you just want to relax. Great for hotels, public spaces or just at home if you entertain a lot. As with all new Disklaviers, this piano also offers the benefits of a silent piano for those times when you want to practise your own playing without disturbing the rest of the family. Yamaha C2X Chrome - POA - This is the only C2X with chrome fittings and silver frame in the UK, making it a truly unique and impressive looking piano. The beauty is more than skin deep however, as Yamaha's latest grands stand as testimony to a piano maker who refuses to stand still. The CX range offers substantial improvements in tonal and dynamic performance over its predecessor, whilst retaining the precise and beautifully set-up action for which Yamaha is justly famed. Another one you don't want to miss!

Schimmel C169T - POA - The new C169T brings the thoroughly researched refinements of the K169T (which has now been replaced by a new K175T) to a new, more affordable price and, in our opinion, retains its place as one of the most rewarding grand pianos of its size. The triplex scaling makes the most of the long speaking length which is a hallmark of Schimmel pianos, whilst the bass has a level of weight you just don't expect from a 5 foot 6 piano.

Schimmel K175T - POA - The K175T is another new model - the replacement for the K169T - and we have the only example to have been brought into the UK to date. This piano takes all the qualities of the 169 and enhances them to their pinnacle with the same action as the concert-sized K280T and improvements to almost every aspect of the design. The level of control available at lower dynamic levels is astounding, yet the piano has huge power reserves for an instrument of its size.

C.Bechstein L-167 - POA - A modern Bechstein, yet with very familiar tonal characteristics. This is Bechstein's statement small grand with an action which connects you very directly with the capabilities of the piano, and the well projected, silvery sound with which the name has become synonymous. Currently available at a special price, this Mahogany Polyester example deserves an audition.
