IMC, or International Music Company, established in New York by A.W. Haendler in 1941, has been a significant presence in music publishing. After Haendler's passing, leadership passed to Frank Marx, with the company now under the ownership of Bourne Co. Music Publishers. IMC has a reputation for providing musicians with quality editions and continues to be a respected name in the music publishing industry.
