Instrument Hire & Rental and Buy-Back and Lay-Away schemes at Forsyth Music in Manchester

At Forsyths we have an extensive range of instruments available for short term hire and longer rental.  We also offer an instrument buy back scheme and operate a purchase lay-away plan to secure an instrument for future sale.

In special circumstances we are able to hire out instruments for short periods, perhaps for a display or concert. Contact the Instrument Department on 0161 834 3281 ext 221 for details of available instruments.

When children start to learn music they often want to try different instruments until they find the right one for them.  It can be a costly exercise. We have a range of Brass and Woodwind instruments available for rent, giving the child and the parents time to be sure that this is the music they want to play.  

For children's and adult orchestral strings such as violin, viola and cello and other adult instruments (Brass, Woodwind, Keyboards, Guitars) we offer a scheme where we will buy back the instrument at an agreed price at a future date (subject to terms and conditions).

We can also secure special instruments on our layaway scheme by accepting a deposit and payment schedule on the item for future purchase.
