All Yamaha pianos are available in different wood finishes, have the option for chrome or brass fittings and also the option to have the SC2 silent system.
Our range of silent pianos are all completely acoustic instruments; meaning that hammers are still striking strings to produce a sound and therefore have the benefit of playing a real acoustic piano, however, they also have a digital component that simply allows players the option to switch to a digital sound for "silent playing" via headphones.
The B1 model is the most compact model of acoustic piano that Yamaha offers. It is the first piano in the most affordable model in their B series, which is made of three different models; the B1, B2 and B3. It also comes with a full-sized 88 note keyboard and the middle practice pedal.
This piano is ideally suited for beginners and those up to a grade 5 standard. The Yamaha sound is particularly popular for players who explore popular music styles.
All Yamaha pianos come with a 5-year guarantee.
