We have a beautifully restored Model A grand piano by Bechstein in stock for the 3rd time! We originally sold this instrument in the 1890s and have now fully rebuilt it restoring it back to it's true glory.
The piano was featured centre stage at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden for their performance of the ballet Mayerling in November 2018.
This instrument is now sold. If you are interested in a similar piano please do not hesitate to get in contact.
This beautiful instrument dates from 1891 and was originally sold by Forsyths when new. We bought it back again in the 1980s when it was used for a while by the Forsyths as their family piano, it was then sold again to customers in the mid 1980s. We recently were offered it back again and we have now finished the painstaking work of bringing it back to it's former glory.
The piano now has an excellent rich singing quality of tone and a very responsive touch.
The piano is back from it's outing to the Royal Opera House and is available for viewing in our Manchester showrooms.
Length - 184cm (6'ft)
