This is because we firmly believe in the value of choosing a piano by experiencing it for yourself and we want you to take the opportunity to speak with us and visit our showroom to ensure that you make the right choice for your needs, both now and in the future.
One of the finest examples, that we have ever had in the department, of a fully re-built Steinway model A grand piano, in a beautiful Rosewood French polish with "elephant" legs. This is a German Steinway, made in Hamburg in 1900. This piano has now sold, however, bear with us as we have an identical model currently going through the rebuild process!
A fully rebuilt, modernised grand piano by Steinway model O refinished in black polyester. Originally built in 1901 in Hamburg, Germany, this piano has undergone an extensive rebuild and has been updated with an additional sostenuto pedal and a multi-height prop stick. A fully rebuilt Steinway upright piano, model K, in French polished mahogany dating from 1932. This piano has been re-polished by hand and has undergone an acoustic and mechanical re-build, enabling it to go on giving many more years of good service and musical inspiration.
We are delighted to offer this beautiful antique piano for sale. This Challen was originally made in 1887 and is in an exquisite burl walnut case with intricate fretwork on the front panel. This instrument was fully restored with a new Schimmel piano on the inside. The casing is finished in a polyester finish and it comes complete with sconces.
