(Lat.) Vocal Score. This edition is based on the Schubert complete edition (Breitkopf & Härtel) which was revised and furnished with textural criticism by E. Mandyczewki. Apart from articulation and breath marks, which are to be taken as optional suggestions only, editorial markings as to excecution have been avoided. Dynamic markings have been added in a few isolated cases where implied by Schuberts own indications.
