Based on "Nôise" for Great Ensemble.
Original contemporary work for cello and double-bass.
Based on Nôise for great ensemble.
Premiered on June 10, 2011 at Montbozon (France), by the Tamba duet: Delphine Biron (cello) and Yann Dubost (double-bass).
Chamber nôise is inspired by traditional Japanese theatre (Nô, Bunraku and the recitation of sutras) and includes dramatic effects. Its performance requires extreme concentration throughout.
Duration: 15½ minutes.
Gérard Billaudot Éditeur.
