These sonatas for piano duet will, it is hoped, be a welcome addition to the domestic and educational music repertoire. Even amateurs will have little trouble with them. Anyone wishing to play the sonatas in the order of their difficulty, is advised to start with Wolf and continue with Mozart, Haydn, Häßler and Bach.
