This contemporary mix includes Fly Me To The Moon, Stompin’ at the Savoy and C Jam Blues, and includes downloadable online audio of professional, acoustic backing tracks to help create a truly atmospheric performance. The book includes a second, extended version of each piece for improvisation. Jazz Sessions Series is a collaboration between Alexander L’Estrange, a composer, arranger, jazz double bass player, and jazz examiner for the ABRSM, and composer, jazz pianist and teacher, Tom Pilling.
