Here's something you don't see every day: an 8 string baritone ukulele! With octave D and G courses and paired B and G it's a wonderfully big sounding ukulele. We occasionally get comments about baritones asking what's the point, if it's just a guitar with the bottom two strings missing - the great thing about the eight string is it has its own distinctive sound that no guitar can match.
The aesthetics are in line with the UR11 series ukes which we've always liked for their unfussy but cleanly executed cosmetics.
It's a great idea, and it might even catch on!
