Eastman MD514 Classic Mandolin

What we say

The 500 series Eastmans step up the aesthetics significantly from the 300s with a glossy nitrocellulose finish and higher grade timbers, and it makes for an attractive mandolin. All the timber is hand carved rather than steam pressed, so they sound great too, and they come with a lightweight but sturdy case.

The one thing we'd say about these finishes is that they mark easily, and this one has a ding in the top from being on display in the shop.We've knocked off a decent bit of change because of it and the ding is shown in the photos.
