Craft string instruments

A selection of new and old craft violins, violas, cellos and double basses are always available. All of our string instruments have been set up to the highest standards by our expert staff.

We stock new craft instruments by a wide variety of makers including Paesold, Kirschnek, Clement and Weise, Lothar Semmlinger and Franz Sandner.

For the past three years Forsyth's have been to the Paesold factory in Germany to personally select instruments and bows for stock. The pictures below were taken on these trips

Student string instruments

We have a complete range of student instruments in stock that have been expertly set up on our premises. Our selection includes instruments by Stentor, Zeller, Paesold, Schroetter and Sandner in sizes from 1/16th. Prices start from £64.50. We also occasionally have a small supply of second-hand instruments.
