Shipments and returns

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are sent via Royal Mail first class Post.  We may occasionally use a courier if the shipment would be more expensive otherwise. If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Lead times are approximate and based on trading days.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please note that when ordering items that are marked as being not currently in stock, there can be a long wait on some of these items (months in some cases). This is due to the transient nature of items in the music industry, particularly in Sheet Music and CDs and DVDs.  If an item is printed on demand or specially imported it will inevitably take longer to arrive than a regular item.  This is stated clearly in the product status on the product page so please bear this in mind when ordering with us. We take every effort to ensure that this infomation is updated as regularly as possible (in most cases every night) but occasionally there may be discrepancies.  In these cases we will seek to resolve the matter with the customer on a case by case basis.
