Broadwood Grand Pianos

John Broadwood & Sons was established in London in 1728 and initially made their name building square pianos.  Broadwood is one of the best known British piano builders and were particularly fine cabinet makers. Latterly, Broadwood pianos were made by Whelpdale, Maxwell & Codd, until their demise in 2003.
