Acceptance of your Order

All orders by you through www.Forsyths.co.uk are subjet to acceptance by us.  Completion of the order process should not be regarded as acceptance of your order.  Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us only takes place when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us unless we have notified you otherwise, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the terms set out in the cancellation section.

After submitting an order to us we will send you an order ackowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods.  This email is an automated acknowledgement and is NOT an acceptance of your order.

All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of Forsyth until we have received payment in full from you for those products.

During the checkout process, you will be directed to the Paypal website to enter your payment details and returned to the Forsyth website once the transaction is completed.  All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we obtain payment via Paypal when we accept your order. 

Please note that we collect and store only your order information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and NOT your card details and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

If we do not accept an order, a full refund will be processed.

The following are examples of why we may refuse to accept an order

•If there have been errors/issues with the description of the goods
